1) Do Intervals-Pick a favorite exercise and do 30 secs of Work/30 secs of rest.
2) Carry a weight (10 lbs) when you go for a walk.
3) Pick a favorite exercise and do ladders-1/2/3/4/etc. Do 3 rounds.
4) Learn a new exercise-get ideas from the exercise library at acefitness.
5) Buy kettlebell or sandbell and use it for new routine (check dragondoor for workout ideas).
6) Do a grinder workout-list 20 different exercises (pick some that cover every movement type), do as many of the first exercise as you can in the first minute (rest for the rest of the minute), do as many of the second exercise as you can in the second minute, repeat for the rest of the time/exercises.
7) Learn a gymnastic move like the L-sit, handstand, hollow, etc. Check youtube for ideas.
8) Follow the simplefit plan for a month.
9) Change your rep goals (if you usually work for strength in the 5 rep range, try doing 15 rep exercises).
10) Buy a fitdeck and use it for your workouts.
11) Pick a fitness challenge and work up to completing it. Check the Challenge page here for ideas.
12) Do prison workouts for a month-burpee stairs (10-9-8-etc or 20-19-18-etc).
13) Download the Primal Blueprint Fitness ebook and follow it for a month.
14) Buy a jump rope and spend a month doing boxing workouts.
