5 Great Websites for Fitness and Fitness Challenges

Beast Skills
Find tutorials here for developing lots of gymnastic exercises like the handstand, one-arm push-up handstand push-up, planche, flag, pistol, iron cross, etc. I really like his guideline of moving to a harder exercise in an exercise progression after you can do 5 reps (example: once you can do 5 push-ups, work on doing 5 decline push-ups).

Al Kavadlo
Al has great tutorials and exercise ideas for working out outside (especially in parks). Get some new workout ideas and exercise challenges here.

Simple Strength
This is where I found the idea of doing 100 reps of an exercise for a workout. And where I found the 100 rep-2 minute challenge (10 pull-up/30 push-up/60 air squat in 2 minutes).

Mark's Daily Apple-WOW
Checkout Mark's Workout of the Week (WOW) for great challenges that are a mix of obstacle course ideas, exercise ladders, and benchmark workouts. They are usually themed on primal or paleo principles and are lots of fun. They make for a great Saturday workout at the park.
