The Mitch Rapp Workout

Mitch Rapp is one of my favorite special operative characters-he's Jason Bourne if Bourne liked what he did. He is the main character in most of Vince Flynn's novels, and a movie is rumored to be in the works.

In the books, Rapp is a super fit, very talented, highly trained assassin with a lacrosse and triathalon background instead of the usual soldier background. In the books, his missions usually involve a lot of work all at once--running, climbing, fighting, wrestling, etc. So here is a workout in honor of Rapp.

Warm-up

Set #1 Pyramid
1 pull-up/2 push-ups/3 squats ascending to failure in one exercise then descending back to start
(2 rounds)

Set #2 Burpee Stairs
Start with 15 Burpees, then 14, 13, etc all the way to 1.

Cool-Down and stretch
