4 Jump Rope Workouts That You Can Do Anywhere



No time, no space, and lack of ideas are frequent obstacles people name for not working out or training. Today, we're going to look at 4 workout plans that require only a jump rope. After trying these workouts, you will realize that jumping rope is not just for kids.

You can pick up a jump rope for $5-10 at any store that carries athletic equipment. Look for a speed rope or beaded rope.

For time
Beginners: 20 seconds of jumping/20 seconds of rest (repeat 15 times)
Advanced: 3 minutes of jumping/1 minute of rest (repeat 5 times)

100 or 250
Pick a number and do that many rope turns (repeat 4 times)

Jump/Push Circuit
100 rope turns/10 push ups (repeat 10 times)

Leg-blaster Circuit (expect this to leave you sore)
100 Rope Turns
20 Bodyweight Squats
20 Bodyweight Romanian Deadlifts
Repeat 10 times
