New Pull-Up Challenge: 5 times 3

  • We've talked about the max pull-up test. Some people like the weighted pull-up test. Now, we're going to try a different kind of pull-up test.

You're going to do 5 pull-ups with 3 different grips without coming off the bar. Or you'll try it, because it's harder than doing fifteen with one grip.

There are two ways to do this,
  • Clapping Pull-ups/Regular Pull-ups/Chin-ups
  • Regular Pull-ups/Neutral Pull-ups/Chin-ups

You don't have to do 5 of each kind, but you can't do more than 5 of each.
