The Everyday Workout Plan

If you only do one simple workout, what would you do?

If someone wanted a simple workout that he or she could do 5 days a week to get the blood pumping and see increases in several areas of fitness, what should he or she do?

Enter the my 100 Rep Training

-10 Pull-ups
-20 Supine Hip Extensions
-30 Push-ups
-40 Squats

Break these up into whatever sets you need to. The reps are low enough in this workout that you can do this everyday without breaking down.

Other Ideas
I know one guy who does 100 push-ups every day. Another friend doesn't feel right unless he does 60 pull-ups before going to work.

You could also do the Lifetime Fitness Ladder workout. I found it on the Get Rich Slowly blog a long time ago. See it here I never used it because I train 4-5 days a week, but you might want one simple workout to use every day.
