Here are my fitness elements of becoming a Super Solider:
- Durability--you must stay injury-free so you can do your job
- Strength--you must be able to move your weight and other weight (barbells, kettlebells, sandbags, etc.)
- Power--you must be able to move weight quickly (with force)
- Speed--you must be able to move your body quickly
- Agility--you must be able to change directions and stay under control
- Stamina--you must be able to move efficiently for long periods of time
- Flexibility--you must be able to move your body through full ranges of motion
Later this week, I'll write about how to train for each of these elements.
