This week we're going to a fitness challenge that you can fit into your own workout. It's really simple. Set a timer for 3 minutes, and do as many pull-ups as you can in 3 minutes. Then post your total here on B5K.
Rules:
Use hands away grip.
Your chin must clear the bar (but I prefer to touch my chest to th bar for a better range of motion).
No swinging motion allowed (these are dead-hang pull-ups).
This is a different as many in one set as possible. Break it up as much as you need to. Going to failure on a set will make it harder for you to recover, so stop on each set before you get to failure.

I tried sets of 5 every 30 secs and finished with 25. I probably could have done more if I had just maxed out twice.
