We all have priorities. We value some aspects of fitness over others. For me, it is performance, lean body mass, and muscular and cardiovascular endurance. For you, it might be size, strength, flexibility, or a balance of all areas.
A good way to gauge your priorities is your first mental answers to why do you workout? and what celebrity has the ideal body?
