My Favorite Fitness Websites Right Now

  • Mountain Athlete/Military Athlete--These sites have great tutorials for exercises and Military has workout plans for squad pt with a paid version for special forces workouts. I really like the emphasis here on performance and strength.
  • Dan John--I just found his site recently and love his perspective. He is really into Olympic Lifting, which I don't have the gear for, but he also uses a lot of kettlebell drills and his focus on simple, sustainable, balanced training is really helpful.
  • Mark's Daily Apple--This is my go-to site for nutrition questions and lots of lifestyle issues. He's really thorough--so thorough that I don't read his site everyday. There's just too much info. He's also got helpful info on workouts, and his WOW is really cool. Go here for stories of transformation too.
