Here are a couple of my favorite videos and a link to a great stretching routine for the end of every workout.
*the guy in the videos is completely random, but so helpful.
For the front of your hips. Learn the 2nd version on the couch or see the triplanar stretch in the link at the end of this post.
For your glutes and the outside of your hips. There is an easier version of this stretch in the routine linked at the end of the post (supine 90-90 hip rotator stretch).
Follow this link and check the cool down tab. This routine is great for a full-body stretch.
